I’m about 16 weeks postpartum and I’m s l o w l y starting to see the fruits of my labor. As cliche and stupid as it sounds, I started BBG and I’m finishing week three tomorrow. It’s been tough and I’ve been sore all over, but every time I finish those circuits, I feel accomplished and stronger. Since I am Everly’s primary caregiver, I don’t get much time to myself so I usually do BBG when she takes her longer naps in the morning.
I’m documenting my progress photos so I will be posting an update on that once I finish 12 weeks. I tweaked the program slightly and try to get as much cardio in on the off days because I love cardio! Most people hate it, but I love running and that feeling of my heart pounding out of my chest. Have you done BBG before? What is your current workout regiment? I’d love to know!
