Don’t Give A Ship

The sweater says it all! I don’t give a ship about what people think about these days. God created each and every one of us unique and different. You can try to conform to society and be someone you’re not, but at the end of the day, your true self will come out and you won’t be happy pretending to be something you’re not. I’ve been pondering my identity and who I really am. Not the Instagram Jen, but the real Jen. I’m awkward, outspoken, loyal, brutally honest, empathetic, sometimes insensitive, fun-loving and quirky. I want people to see the real version of me.

I’m really loving the sweater with a skirt look these days so I had to try it. Also love mixing dressy with casual because it makes your outfits more interesting. It’s actually harder to mix and match dressy with casual because it takes more creativity. I’m constantly inspired by the other bloggers who do this so well. I kept the colors pretty bold since the statement was bold. I paired the sweater with a red midi skirt and red sunnies. I wore blue strappy sandals to complete the red, gray and blue theme.
